Industrial plant - According to Urban and Environmental Law

This study aims to analyse the implementation of industrial poles in order to generate sustainability between economic growth, with industrialisation and the quality of the environment. In order to guarantee the fundamental precepts of the Constitution and have Industrial development, in order to respect all legal precepts and industrial subsistence. Thus, to protect the environment that guarantees the raw material and industrialise natural resources in a way that does not extinguish their existence.

Licenciado en Derecho por la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Paraná. Especializado en Economía Ambiental y Derecho Ambiental. Tiene experiencia en el área de Derecho Ambiental y Urbano.
