About the author

Pere Cantarero Verger holds a degree in Education Sciences from the UIB and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the UOC. He is one of the few people who has held responsibilities in human resources management in the four administrations: state, regional, provincial and local, which gives him enormous experience.
