About the author










Yolanda Rodríguez Pérez is Associate Professor in the Department of European Studies at the University of Amsterdam. She specializes in Hispano-Dutch-Anglo relationships in the Early Modern period and the nineteenth century, with a focus on Imagology, Nation-building processes and Cultural Transfer.

Professor Pablo Valdivia is Chair of European Culture and Literature at the University of Groningen. He specializes in cross-disciplinary research on Humanities, Social and Cognitive Sciences with special focus on the relationship between Literature, Politics and Law.
