About the author










Drazan Djukic is Associate Legal Officer with the Pre-Trial Division of the International Criminal Court. He holds a LL.M. from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, and a Ph.D. from Tilburg University. Niccolò Pons (LL.M, 2009) is Associate Legal Officer in the Chambers of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers and formerly worked in the Trial Chamber of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia and the Chambers of the International Criminal Court.
