About the author










Marco Moriggi, Ph.D. (2003) Semitic Linguistics (Firenze), is Associate Professor in Semitic Philology at the Università di Catania. He has published on various Aramaic varieties, including Syriac. He is a former member of the Missione Archeologica Italiana a Hatra.
Ilaria Bucci is a PhD student in Archaeology at Birkbeck, University of London. She has contributed to several publications on Parthian Iraq and Iran. She is a member of the Missione Archeologica Italiana a Hatra.
