Seokwoo Lee, D.Phil. (2001), Oxon, is Professor of Public International Law at Inha University Law School, Incheon, Korea. He is Founding Co-Editors-in-Chief of Asia-Pacific Journal of Ocean Law and Policy (APJOLP).

Warwick Gullett, Ph.D. (2002), Australian National University, is Professor and Dean of Law at the University of Wollongong, NSW, Australia. He has published monographs and articles on marine and fisheries law.
