Ḍawʾ Al-Sārī Li-Maʿrifat ḫabar Tamīm Al-Dārī (On Tamīm Al-Dārī And His Waqf in Hebron)

This study contributes to the legal discourse on the question of land properties (waqf) in the late Mamluk period. Al-Maqrīzī's treatise on the Hebron endowment is critically edited for the first time together with an annotated translation and a facsimile of the manuscript bearing his emendations.
