About the author










Geoffrey Khan, Ph.D. (1984), School of Oriental and African Studies, is Regius Professor of Hebrew at the University of Cambridge. He has published numerous books and articles in the fields of Neo-Aramaic, the Hebrew language, Judaeo-Arabic and Arabic papyrology. He is the general editor of Brill's Encyclopedia of Hebrew Language and Linguistics.
