About the author










Horman Chitonge, PHD (2008) is a researcher at the University of Cape Town, Centre for African Studies. He has published several peer reviewed articles, book chapters and books including, Economic Growth and Development in Africa: Understanding Trends and Prospects (Routledge, 2015) and the Accumulation of Capital in Southern Africa (Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, 2006).
