Meir M. Bar-Asher, Ph.D. (1991) in Shī'ī studies, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, is a senior lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He has published on Muslim philosophy, Shī'ī exegesis and Nusayrī religion.
