Vitit Muntarbhorn (M.A.; B.C.L (Oxon.); Licence speciale en droit europeen (Brussels); Barrister) is Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok. He has helped the United Nations in a variety of positions, including as Special Rapporteur.
