There are seasons in our lives when we will experience loss, sadness, depression, despair, rejection, confusion, and more. During these seasons, we must position ourselves to survive by rebuilding, refocusing, and renewing our minds to fulfill God's Divine Plans for our lives ("For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord," plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future); Jeremiah 29:11.

God is the only one who can guide us through our lowest valleys and propel us to our highest peaks. He is absolutely in control of our situations, "He knows all about it." So please, do not give up, or bow down to doubt and fear. Everyday, we must put on the Whole Armor of God; Ephesians 6:11.

Most of us want to be loved, successful, prosperous, healthy, and charismatic, etc. However, when things don't go as planned, what is our recourse? Do we just give up? Do we hurt others because we are hurt? Do we remain hopeful and prayerful? These are just a few of the questions that we must ask ourselves.

This journal is designed to be your recourse and navigation as you encourage yourself to a joyful place in the Lord. Upon completing your journey, by using this journal as a tool, it is my prayer that God will give you the following: Self-Empowerment, Self-Awareness, Freedom, Self-Direction, Personal and Spiritual Growth, and an overall Healthy balance of life.

May you all be blessed forever more,
