Controversial aspects of medical civil liability - Solidarity between the medical team leader and the anaesthetist

Acting with caution is currently essential both in the practice of the profession and to prevent future lawsuits and claims. That said, this work intends to address this new reality that is expanding and intensifying in the legal world, more precisely in the area of anaesthesiology. The debate will be built around the removal or incidence of joint and several liability of the physician-surgeon, head of the medical team, for damages caused to the patient as a result of medical error committed exclusively by the anaesthesiologist. In this case, is there solidarity between them or not?
