About the author

Roberto Rivas Valencia, Agronomist Engineer (Faculty of Agrobiology and Master in Administration by the FCCA of the UMSNH) and currently a PhD candidate in Administration by the Autonomous University of Guadalajara (UAG). Associate Professor and Researcher "C" at UMSNH, I taught basic crops for 15 years.
