About the author
Andrew Arden KC has long been recognised as being at the forefront of the development of housing law. While in practice Andrew was described by Chambers and Partners UK as the 'pre-eminent expert on housing and local government law' and as having 'created housing law as a discrete subject'. He is a well-known legal author, General Editor of the Encyclopedia of Housing Law and Practice and of the Housing Law Reports (both published by Sweet & Maxwell) and has written and contributed to numerous other legal texts.
