Born on June 27, 1977 in Tunis, the author is a doctoral student at the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole -Ecole doctorale Sciences juridiques et politiques - IRDEIC in cotutelle with the faculté des sciences juridiques politiques et sociales-and a permanent assistant at the Université de Manouba -Institut supérieur de Comptabilité et Administration des entreprises.
