About the author

Prosper YAO was born on 25 June 1967 in Abidjan. He is a design engineer in building and town planning. He graduated from the Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët-Boigny in Yamoussoukro. At the time of publication, he was Departmental Director at the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Urban Planning.
