About the author
Médico psiquiatra, psicoterapeuta y escritor. Nacido en Venezuela, se formó como médico y se especializó en Psiquiatría en las aulas de la Universidad Central de Venezuela, donde posteriormente fue profesor del posgrado de Psiquiatría en el Centro de Salud Mental del Este. Estudió Psicoterapia y Neurociencias en varios institutos y universidades en Estados Unidos y España. Está certificado por la Asociación Venezolana de Psicoterapia (AVEPSI), de la que también fue presidente, y avalado en su práctica clínica por la Federación Latinoamericana de Psicoterapia (FLAPSI).
Jesús Miguel Martínez is a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and writer. He taught postgraduate psychiatry at the Mental Health Center of the East and studied psychotherapy and neuroscience at various institutes and universities in the United States and Spain. He is certified by the Venezuelan Association of Psychotherapy (AVEPSI), of which he was also president, and endorsed in his clinical practice by the Latin American Federation of Psychotherapy (FLAPSI).
