Decentralization contributes to the development of many nations. Nato a Oyem l'11 settembre 1988. Si è iscritto all'Università Omar Bongo di Libreville nel 2008, studiando sociologia e specializzandosi in sviluppo territoriale e spaziale, prima di conseguire un master in sviluppo sostenibile presso l'università franco-gabonese. Attualmente è ricercatore presso l'ONG IDRC Africa.
