Dianne Emi Chu grew up in Tokyo, Japan, where she attended an international school. As a biracial child surrounded by diverse cultures, she gained a global perspective and an ability to see and appreciate the beauty of everyone's differences. When she was 10 years old, she was admitted to a children's hospital. There, she saw the strength in the spirit of so many children who were facing the toughest adversitites which had a great impact on her life. Dianne is passionate about writing uplifting books that would inspire and empower children with self-confidence and love. She has a background in early childhood education and visual arts, is a certified Reiki practitioner, and lives in Southern California with her husband and 5 children.Just like Snowflakes was released in 2022 and her next book, Thank you Mama will be released in 2023.
