The development of this research was carried out in the municipality of Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, where a diagnostic study was conducted, which aims to identify and address priority social welfare needs related to the environment, promoting citizen participation through education, in order to create a sense of cultural belonging of the people of Linares to promote the formation of attitudes and habits that lead them to transform themselves integrally into a more evolved society. Likewise, to induce and involve the inhabitants of the municipality in the development of the community. The objective of this research is to evaluate the impact through the implementation of educational strategies to achieve a balance between the challenges posed by the diagnosis and the problems to be solved through the efforts undertaken in the areas of ecology, health, education, ecological culture, recycling culture, cleanliness, reforestation and proactive participation by conviction of all sectors of society.
