The aim of this work is to study the effects of communication on the motivation of civil servants in a number of public institutions in the town of Beni in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Our focus is on the Direction Générale de Douane et Assises (DGDA) and the Office Congolais de Contrôle (OCC) in Beni. After analysis of the data collected, we arrived at the results according to which the effects of communication on the motivation of the agents of the DGDA and the OCC of Beni are the increase in the feeling of consideration, the increase in the interest in work and the incitement to attachment to work.
