Single crystals are one of the most important groups of materials due to their continuous, uniform, and highly-ordered structure which enables them to possess unique properties.semiconductors and photovoltaics is the greatest use of single-crystal technology today. In photovoltaics, the most efficient crystal structure will yield the highest light-to-electricity conversionBacterial infection is one of the most serious threats to public health. Despite traditional antibiotics therapy provides an effective approach to combat pathogenic bacteria, the long-term use and overuse of antibiotics result in the evolution of bacteria with antibiotic resistance.
