That is why it is essential to further develop cotton ginning industry, develop new resource-saving techniques and technologies, reduce production costs and produce competitive products in the world cotton market. In all cotton-growing countries of the world, research work is being carried out on a large scale to improve techniques and technology for primary cotton processing and to create their scientific basis.
