Does it ever feel like your ADHD mind is a circus-and the dancing elephants, erratic clown car, and swinging trapeze have taken control?

David Sitt, PsyD, is among the growing number of adults diagnosed with ADHD later in life. Alongside those who carry the diagnosis from childhood, he understands the three-ringed experience of living with ADHD-as well as the empowering methods and mindsets that can turn that chaos into clarity.

Dr. Sitt presents practical tools and reliable hacks to help readers increase their probabilities of success in fighting procrastination, disorganization, and inattention. Even those who feel their focus is diluted by technology will find value here, as Dr. Sitt addresses the similarly life-disrupting effects of what he calls Techno-ADD.

If it feels like the circus is running you-if you're ready to take back the spotlight of your awareness-ADHD Refocused is the ringmaster you've been waiting for.
