Dental avulsion is a set of maneuvers that allow the tooth to be removed from its socket. It is both a therapeutic and a churigical procedure which is performed according to a well codified sequence and which obeys a certain number of rules. Our study included a sample of 200 patients, with a sex ratio of 1.22 in favor of the male sex. Ages from 2 to 77 years were involved in the extraction procedure. Young people aged 11 to 25 years were the most represented. The most frequent ethnic groups were the Bamanans (37%) and the Sarakoles (17%). Housewives and schoolchildren were the most concerned by the act of extraction with respectively 39.00% and 27.00%. The main etiology was dental caries. And the main functional sign that led to the consultation was pain. The molars were the most extracted teeth with 63.00%. Antibiotic therapy was performed in 98.50% of cases.
