The author in the collection argues that in today's world the average person is as alienated as possible from the technologies of personal growth. A person feels that these personal technologies are somewhere nearby. Elites in a wide variety of countries, including Russia, can take advantage of personal growth opportunities themselves, while other people do not have the keys to it. The elites do not want everyone to connect with these personal growth resources. And our twenty-first century is providing these resources to everyone for the first time. If one begins to ascend and grow spiritually, everything will change: life, power, and the planet. The present collection can indicate ways of reflection on today's education, spiritual culture and technologies of personal growth, and therefore can be useful for philosophers, theologians, religious scholars, psychologists, teachers and all thinking people interested in technologies of personal growth.

A.V. Tolmachev est né en 1964 à Tedzhen, République socialiste soviétique de Turkménistan. Formation : faculté de technologie, MISIS ; faculté de pédagogie et de psychologie, Institut pédagogique d'État de Moscou V.I. Lénine ; faculté d'assurance, NIFI ; faculté de droit, université d'État de Moscou Lomonossov ; faculté de philosophie et de théologie, Église orthodoxe russe Saint-Jean le Théologien. Il est titulaire d'un doctorat en droit et d'un doctorat en théologie.
