The theme of women in the songs of Jacques Brel

Our work aims to help anyone interested in Brel's poetry to approach the theme of women in anthological writings that marked the golden age of French song. Through an analytical-stylistic method, the work - whose first part focused more on the history of French song and Brel's biography - has embarked on a new approach to Brel's writings based on the ternary movement that Brel chose to think poetically about his women.
