About the author










Dan Wei received her PhD in law (Economic Juridical Sciences) from the University of Coimbra. She is Full Professor and Associate Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Macau. She is also Vice President and elected Titular Member of the International Academy of Comparative Law. She has published nearly two hundred pieces in the areas of trade law, investment law, commercial law, competition law, consumer law, and so forth.

Almeida Machava received his PhD in law (Economic Juridical Sciences) from the University of Macau. He is Assistant Professor and Deputy Dean for Research Programs of the Faculty of Law at the University Eduardo Mondlane. He has published several studies in the areas of commercial law, SADC law, and international trade law.
