An organization is a set of resources that combine to produce goods and services. One of these resources is human resources (HR), i.e. the men and women who are mobilized by the organization. Godé ATSHWEL-OKEL MUNTUNGI holds a Doctorate in Political and Administrative Sciences from the University of Kinshasa and is a Management Expert. To date, he is a full-time professor at the University of Kinshasa and a visiting professor at several universities and institutes of higher education throughout the DRC.
