About the author










Babacar Kane is a doctoral student in the socio-anthropology of health and is a young Senegalese from a fishing family. He started at the Mame Wassour Seck primary schools in Mbao. Then he went to Keur Mbaye Fall, under the supervision of his uncle Mbaye Diop. After graduating, he continued his studies at the Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar.
