BaTiO3 thin films have been one of the most promising materials because of its ferroelectricity, high dielectric constant and large electro-optic coefficients, which attracted considerable attention of many researchers. In this approach, BaTiO3 thin film was successfully deposited on quartz substrate using homemade spray pyrolysis system. The structural, morphological and optical properties of film are discussed well.

About the author










Dr. P. M. Razad received his PhD degree in Physics from Bharathiar University with the support of UGC-DAE CSR, Indore. He has published nine research papers in international journals of reputed. He has joined as assistant professor in Sriramakrishna College of Arts & Science in 2018. Dr. V. Poonguzhali & Prof. R. Dhivya has coauthored this book.
