Ovarian granulomatous tumors are non-epithelial neoplasms of the ovarian genital tract and belong to the group of granulomatous-stromal tumors. The most probable source of the development of these tumors is granulomatous ovarian primordial follicles as a result of hormonal imbalance.The results of this study allow us to expand our understanding of the etiology, course of ovarian granulomatous tumors in different age groups, and its etiopathogenetic relationship with other benign and malignant associated neoplasms, as well as the role of tumor markers and hormone levels in predicting the course of this neoplasm.The final result of this study will be a study of risk factors for metastasis and recurrence of granulomatous ovarian tumor depending on the stage of the disease at the time of detection, the patient's hormonal status, and treatment tactics.
