COMPOSTING PROCESS AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION AT THE LOCAL LEVEL - Importance of composting for household organic solid waste treatment

This book is the result of an arduous research work developed in the San Pedrito neighborhood of the city of San Salvador de Jujuy (Province of Jujuy) - Argentina. The main objectives of this study were: to analyze and evaluate the possibility of applying an adequate treatment to household waste that allows the reduction of pollution levels, raising awareness among neighbors of the need to access the recycling of household organic waste using processing methodologies applicable to a domestic scale.

Fabricio Cuellar, tecnico e laureato in Salute e sicurezza sul lavoro presso l'Università FASTA di Jujuy e successivamente come Master in Gestione ambientale presso l'Università UCASAL di Salta (Argentina). Attualmente è docente universitario di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro. Ha tenuto numerose presentazioni a congressi e corsi sull'argomento.
