In this digital world in which we are measured, evaluated and judged by users, it is a mistake for websites to remain immobile and faithful to their beginnings. It is vital to evolve and adapt to the needs of users if you want to survive and successfully face the growing and unstoppable competition. To carry out this research we rely on a predominantly qualitative methodology, based on a phenomenological study of an empirical-descriptive nature. Likewise, the theoretical methods used for the development of the work prioritized bibliographical-documentary research, analysis-synthesis and heuristic analysis. While the empirical methods relied on participant observation and the interview with professionals who work from other web platforms.
