In the framework of sanctioning our studies in economy, on requirement of the institution MADISON INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE AND BUSINESS SCHOOL, we were asked to make a research with the aim of making a thesis of master in order to sanction our studies. Thus, we thought it best to focus our research on one of the problems of the Congolese economy: Transport. To better understand this subject we have oriented our research on the Congolese state company that manages the railroads and river and lake transport: the SNCC. We have started to dig into this huge field of research which will be completed by other studies conducted by the same author in the next issues. The present work, without being exhaustive, focuses mainly on the SNCC branch in Goma from 2010 to 2015. By reading this work you will have a global idea on the path of the Cross that this company is going through.
