Ipsa Part 2 is the story of Rajiv's return to Bangalore as a result of Rajiv's time travel, to get answers to many questions that were born in Rajiv's mind. Meanwhile, Rajiv finds out that Dr. Raghavacharya has hidden many of Rajiv's secrets using a time machine and removed them from the cycles of time. As these secrets unfold, the pre-birth secrets of co-workers working with him also come to the fore.

During the time journey, it has also tried to show the wave of revolution in India by associating the real characters of the freedom movement and revolutionary activities that took place between 1829 and 1930 century AD with the fictional character of Rajiv and his friends. Maharaja Sayajirao, Arvind Ghosh, Bhagwati Charan Vohra and Durgavati Devi are also fictionally involved in the story.

Apart from this, the story also shows friendship, sacrifice for friends, love of husband and wife, love of nation etc.
