Promoting the protection of glaciers and mountain ecosystems - Qualitative study of communication in the highlands of Ancash

With the objective of bringing relevant and contextualized messages to the population that benefits from the mountains, glaciers and glacial lakes in the highlands of the Ancash region of Peru. A team of communicators developed a qualitative study of perceptions, attitudes and behaviors in 2021. This research represents an indicator for making wise decisions in the framework of communication, which is undoubtedly based on current cultural characteristics and in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic. It is intended as a contribution from a communication point of view for decision-makers and governments.
