Fadhili Safieli Mshana is Professor of Art History at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA, USA. Previously he had taught at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Dr. Mshana received his B.A. degree in Fine Arts and Education at the University of Dar es salaam, an M.A. in Art History from the University of East Anglia, UK, and a Ph.D. in Art History from Binghamton University, NY. Professor Mshana has also published journal articles and book chapters on the arts in Tanzania.
