This research work is carried out within the framework of a training in information and communication sciences. It is a question of showing, with the help of a properly conducted and constructed reflection, how information and communication technologies (ICT) contribute to redefine the practices of internal communication within the Cdii. Thus, we will highlight the internal communication strategy carried out in the context of the Cdii of the Etic Accueil agency in Nice. We will note that these work contracts require an adapted internal communication and must be accompanied by Tic but also by the presence of a corporate culture to achieve a cohesion and an effective flow of information for the employees of the company. We note that within the company Etic, these two founding elements are well present, and note that a significant turnover is added as a considerable obstacle in the management of these contracts. From an academic point of view, we want to study the impact of ICT in internal communication, highlighting the new alternatives of work structures such as the Cdii.
