A study was conducted in students of the specialty of emergency medicine, making a comparison of the stress level of two groups of students with the SISCO survey of the level of academic stress. A generation in 2018 without pandemic, making then, another generation of a group in 2020 during COVID-19 pandemic in the second level Hospitals of the city of Aguascalientes.The objective of the study is to identify the level of academic stress in students of two generations of the first year of the specialty in emergency medicine. For this purpose, the method developed was a quantitative, comparative and cross-sectional research with a sample of 16 first-year emergency medicine specialty students before and 13 students during COVID-19.
