Bistrots, brasseries et bars de Paris
Des bistrots comme on n'en fait plus ! Des bistrots comme ça, on en trouve encore quelques-uns à Paris. Ils datent de la Belle Époque, des Années Folles, des années 1950... au temps du Formica. Ils sont d'un temps révolu. Mais ils sont au coeur d'une tradition bien parisienne vieille de plus d'un siècle. Un vrai patrimoine à découvrir et à choyer. Paris entretient encore aujourd'hui avec ses vieux bistrots, avec ses brasseries vintage, ses anciens bouillons aux décors époustouflants, un rapport affectif fort. Ils participent de notre histoire et ont tous une histoire, bien ancrée dans leur décor reste intact. Longues banquettes de moleskine, boiseries et miroirs aux murs, comptoir d'étain, nappes à carreaux, guéridons de marbre et chaises Thonet. Ils sont l'archetype de ce qu'était Paris autrefois. On s'y retrouve, on s'y sent bien, on entre dans un univers qui paraît immuable. Le temps s'arrête Dégustons-le.
Bistros like they don't make them any more ! Bistros in the style that we can still find a few in Paris. They date from the Belle Epoque, the Roaring Twenties the 1950s... the days of Formica. They are from days gone by but they are at the heart of a very Parisian tradition that is over a century old. A real patrimony to discover and treasure. Paris still maintains these old bistros, vintage brasseries and ancient « bouillons » with their breathtaking decors, and has a very strong bond with them. They are part of our history and each has its own story, well anchored in their decor which has remained intact. Long moleskin wall seats, wood panelling and mirrors, zinc bar, checked tablecloths, marble pedestal tables and Thonet chairs. They are an archetype of what Paris was in times gone by. We can wander into one, feel at home, and enter into a universe which seems perpetual. Time stands still. Enjoy it.
