About the author
David Ralston, PhD, served as athletic trainer for the University of Michigan's men's basketball program from 1990 - 1995. He had the enviable responsibility of caring for each team member, both on and off the court.Retiring from the sidelines in 2012, Ralston became licensed as a Christian counselor. He and his wife Ann founded Life Training Christian Counseling, a thriving counseling practice in metro-Louisville, Kentucky.The Ralstons have four children - Becky, Sean, Mike, and Seth - six grandchildren, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Astro, and a Cavapoo named Slugger.
