For, although social development is guaranteed through the role that workers must play in their professional environment, it must be in harmony with the economic strategies that underlie the working conditions.Thus, human resources management today requires an environment that takes into account the development of tools for the function, appropriate strategies, the profits of the human resources manager and the appropriate legal framework.
