Meaning of work and psychological identity, two notions that are intrinsically linked in a work organization perspective. The meaning of work includes psychological, sociological, emotional and ethical factors in our perception of the company, the job we do and the organization of work. The psychological identity is built around the environment since childhood between parental education, school, social ties and work. All this forms what we call the "I" and the "me", the perception we have of ourselves, our environment, our values, our ethics, as well as our relationship with others.
