Joanna McInerney (Author)
Joanna McInerney is an editor and writer living and working in London, UK. Prior to working in children's publishing, she trained as a primary school teacher and loves finding ways to get children excited about the world around them. She is the author of several books for children. When she isn't working, Joanna enjoys hanging out with her British Shorthair cat.

Jana Glatt (Illustrator)
Originally from Rio de Janeiro, illustrator Jana Glatt is currently based in Cologne, Germany. Her vibrant illustrations appear in books, on textiles and she is part of a variety of design projects.

Following up on her childhood engagement in theatre classes and a fascination for characters and costuming, Jana uses her design skills to create colourful sceneries for a family of vivid characters.
