About the author










Tony Cleaver is a Visiting Lecturer at the Universidad de los Andes and at el Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA) in Bogota, Colombia. He was previously Senior Teaching Fellow in Economics at the University of Durham, UK.
