About the author

Prof. h.c. Dr. iur Bülent Sözer is Director of the Maritime Law Research Centre at Pîrî Reis University, İstanbul. He is Visiting Fellow at the Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law, Swansea University and a member of the International Working Group on “Marine Autonomous Surface Ships” for CMI (Comité Maritime International).
