Angie Cano est la mère de Valentín et Sara et est née à Buenos Aires, mais vit actuellement à Houston TX. Elle est technicienne en chimie avec une spécialisation dans les industries alimentaires, experte en biomasse, biocarburant et autres sources d'énergie renouvelables émergentes, enseignante et amoureuse de la mycologie et des biomatériaux.
