ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Katharina Hager was born in 1983 in Naumburg/Saale. She left her parents' home at the age of 16 to find professional fulfillment. However, she was not to succeed in this until 20 years later. Katharina Hager worked as a successful computer scientist and web designer and was thus constantly exposed to the rapid development of our world. As a wife and mother of two children, she finally realized the value of time and decided to devote herself to her family and art. From this resulting calmness, she finally found her way into meditation, self-care and, for the first time, joy in moments that used to bring her despair. Katharina Hager sees this ability in every human being and is sure that our community can only live in peace when everyone looks inside themselves and works with themselves.
